Deal It Terms of Service

1. Overview

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Deal It, the AI-powered trade document generation and verification platform provided by Glancey Co., Ltd. ("we," "us," or "the Company").

By creating an account or using our web application, mobile application, or API (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Description of Service

Deal It helps users create and cross-check trade documents such as commercial invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading through AI-assisted automation.

The Service is open to any user worldwide.

A 14-day free trial is available with a limit of five (5) document generations and five (5) verifications.

Service Availability (SLA)

• We target 99.5% monthly uptime.
• Scheduled maintenance (up to 4 hours per month) will be announced at least 24 hours in advance.
• Email support is available on business days, 10 a.m.–5 p.m. KST.
• If we fall below the uptime target, your exclusive remedy is a service credit toward future fees — no cash refunds.

3. Account Registration and Management

You may register using an email address and password. Additional profile or organization information is optional and helps optimize your experience.

Accounts are activated automatically upon sign-up.

Account sharing is strictly prohibited.

If an account remains inactive for over one (1) year, it may be terminated after prior notice.

4. Fees, Billing, and Refunds

Deal It uses a subscription plus usage-based model.

You may choose monthly or annual prepaid plans, billed in USD.

14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with the Service, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. To request a refund, please contact us at support@dealit.ai.

After the 14-day period, fees for the current billing period are non-refundable.

If you cancel an annual plan mid-term after the initial 14-day period, we refund 70% of the unused portion. (If you cancel because of a material change to our Terms, we refund 100% of the unused portion.)

Late or failed payments may result in suspension of your account.

5. User Obligations and Restrictions

You must comply with all applicable laws and trade regulations.

You may not use the Service to create false or illegal documents, engage in sanctioned transactions, or violate export-control laws.

Violation may result in immediate account termination without refund.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of your documents.

AI-generated verification is a supporting tool only and does not constitute final approval or legal advice.

6. Intellectual Property and Data Rights

All intellectual property in the Service belongs to Glancey Co., Ltd.

You retain ownership of the original data you input. We receive a limited license to use that data solely to provide and improve the Service.

You may freely save and distribute the documents and verification reports you generate.

We may use anonymized or aggregated data to enhance our AI models and may share such data with trusted third parties or via API integrations for service improvement.

7. Service Modification and Termination

We may modify or discontinue any part of the Service with at least 30 days' notice.

Once a billing period has started, fees for that period are non-refundable. (Annual plan refunds follow Section 4.)

Upon termination, your data will remain accessible for 90 days, after which it will be permanently deleted. Backup data is deleted on a rolling basis as technically feasible.

During the 90-day window, you may request reactivation or export of your data.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no express or implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

AI-generated content is for reference only. We do not guarantee its accuracy or compliance with any specific trade requirement. You remain responsible for reviewing and using it appropriately.

9. Privacy and Account Deletion

We collect limited personal information (e.g., email, encrypted password, and optional name or organization info) to operate the Service.

We process your data to deliver features, support customers, analyze usage, and comply with law.

Our infrastructure may be located outside your country. We implement appropriate security and transfer safeguards.

Upon account deletion, we retain your data for 90 days for legal or operational purposes, then delete it permanently.

You may re-register with the same email or organization at any time.

We send marketing communications only with your explicit consent.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.

Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Seoul Central District Court.

However, if you are a consumer residing in a country whose mandatory laws provide additional protections, those laws shall apply to the extent required.

For enterprise customers, a separate agreement may specify arbitration or other resolution mechanisms.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email and on our website at least 30 days before they take effect.

If you do not agree to the new Terms, you may object by email and terminate your account within three (3) months of notification. We will then refund any unused fees without penalty.

Continuing to use the Service after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Miscellaneous

If there is any inconsistency between the Korean and English versions of these Terms, the Korean version shall prevail.

You may not transfer or assign your account or rights under these Terms without our prior written consent.

We may notify you by email to the address registered in your account.

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
